Reporting a problem
Include the exact page address, episode number, language and the name of the audio or PDF that failed. For a subtitle problem, add the sentence and approximate audio time. Do not post passwords, payment details or other private information in a public message.
Before reporting a download
Try the web reader on the same resource page. It contains the essential transcript or vocabulary content and remains available even when a PDF request fails.
